Messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, marketing messages, promotional offers, event updates, and general two-way communication.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, treatment, consultation, or receiving services from Refresh Beauty & Wellness.

Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, requests, service interests, event participation, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.

You may receive up to 4 promotional SMS messages per month. Appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling updates, service-related messages, event updates, and direct two-way responses may vary depending on your interactions with Refresh Beauty & Wellness.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms and your wireless service plan. Refresh Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside of our control.
4. Privacy Policy
How your information is handled.
No sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
We will not share mobile information or personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, appointment scheduling, website hosting, analytics, or messaging delivery, is permitted only when necessary to provide requested services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from Refresh Beauty & Wellness.
After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
6. Liability
SMS delivery limitations.
Refresh Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for any charges, errors, delays, failed delivery, or undelivered SMS messages caused by your carrier, network issues, device settings, third-party service providers, or circumstances outside of our control.
SMS messages are not intended for emergencies, urgent medical questions, or time-sensitive medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
7. Eligibility
Authorized phone number use.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
You also confirm that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS text messages at the mobile number provided.
8. No Cannabis or CBD Messaging
No cannabis, THC, or CBD products or services.
Refresh Beauty & Wellness does not offer, sell, advertise, promote, or link to cannabis, marijuana, THC, or CBD products or services.
Our SMS communications are limited to aesthetic medicine, wellness, appointment support, service education, event updates, promotional offers, and related medical spa communications.
